David Martin
As the founder of MAG, David is primarily responsible for legal representation, procuring business and sponsorship opportunities for his clients. David received his Bachelors Degree at the University of South Dakota in 1995, his Masters in Political Science emphasizing in Criminal Justice in 1997 and his law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2000. David has been a member of the Georgia Bar Association since 2000 and a licensed NFL Agent since 2009.
David started his legal career off as an associate for one of the most respected criminal defense attorneys in the country, Bruce Harvey. David successfully represented Adam "Pac Man" Jones in an Atlanta felony case and Daunte Culpepper in the infamous Love Boat case. David remains close to Bruce Harvey and continues to defend clients in the Atlanta metropolitan area with Mr. Harvey.
David will go the extra mile to ensure success for his clients on and off the field. David has managed NBA superstar Mike Miller since 2001 and has helped the Mike Miller Foundation become one of the most successful sports foundations in the country. Mike's foundation has donated over 2 million dollars. Mike was the recipient of the David Robinson Award and was recognized as one of the most generous celebrities by Parade Magazine. David has managed NFL linebacker Chad Greenway since 2006 and has helped the Lead the Way Foundation become a major success. Chad was a finalist for the Ed Block Courage Award. After only 18 months of working in the field of Mixed Martial Arts, David now represents some of the most high profile mixed martial artists in the industry. He is a partner in a new 25,000 square foot state of the art facility in the Phoenix area with clients Aaron Simpson, CB Dollaway, Ryan Bader and NBA superstar Mike Miller.
David is married to Dr. Marni Johnson Martin and they have a son, Justice Dax. The couple is expecting another son in October. David will be guest lecturing at Augustana College in the fall.
